QC Highlights:
- I ensure that our established global quality standards are met for data collected from brand health tracking studies in 45 markets across the world including resolving data quality violations with individual teams globally
- I consult on data population automating initiatives and quality control processes that use SQL and VBA to help prevent quality violations earlier on in the process
- Prior to the automation initiatives, I consolidated data quality violation feedback formats from four departments into a single format
- In the past I have managed multiple concurrent tracking projects from study design to report delivery with an emphasis on accuracy and data quality control
- In the past I have also conducted quality control for data coded by junior coding associates
Training Highlights:
- I have co-created training manuals and videos to streamline our global databasing training program
- I train teams globally on best practices for study design as well as data population processes
- In the past I have trained junior coding associates
